5 TIPS TO RENT/BUY A VILLA IN SOUTH BALI

This way, after defined your maximum budget to invest in a property in South Bali Area, you will have to ask yourself some key questions. They will be essential for your research.

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR PROPERTY IN SOUTH BALI?

This is actually the 1st decision you take when you start hunting for a property. You have to choose the best location that suits your preferences and needs. For example, the location needs to be not too far from schools for your kids.
Also, visiting villas is a good way to discover the area and see what it offers. Especially, shopping and restaurants areas, schools, hospitals, proximity to the beach, sunsets and, distance to the airport. A reasonable driving distance of dining out, shopping, entertainment and recreational activities is essential.

Check if the connection to the public local Water Supply Company (PDAM) is available in the area or drilled well installed. Check the existence of the electrical grid in the area and ensure there is an electrical connection with the National Electricity Company (read more about Prepaid Electricity). The price for such a connection depends on the distance to the grid and the required power capacity. If not available, you will have to use a generator and/or rely on renewable energy sources (ex: solar panel).
