Checking whether there is a connection between your villa and the local Water Supply Company (PDAM) and whether a borehole has been drilled in your neighbourhood is also essential. If this is not the case, you will have to install a borehole for water supply.

Also check that there is an electricity grid in the area and that it is connected to the National Electricity Company (read more about Prepaid Electricity). The price of such a connection depends on the distance and the power capacity needed. If a power grid is not available, you will have to use a generator and/or renewable energy sources, such as solar panels.
